Our client is an established regional FMCG company is seeking for a self motivated individual to join them as:


Human Resource Manager (Senoko)
(Singapore - North)


Responsibilities:


Role Purpose


Reporting to: Regional Human Resource Director


To guide, develop and promote HR policies & procedures and ensure that internal customers are serviced on time, every time


Promote the organization’s Vision Statement and Core Values and maintain excellent working environment and relationships with staff


Ensure departmental Managers adhere to the company’s recruitment procedures


Facilitate and manage the Company Reward & Recognition scheme, and the Company Performance Management scheme


Maintain the company’s compliance to local employment laws


Job Specifications


Respond to all external & internal customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt


Responsible for recruitment process


Handles expatriate management and processing of work pass


Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources


Ensure the organization’s Learning & Development plans, inclusive of induction program are maintained in accordance with the organization’s procedures


Responsible for updates of local country’s HR procedures & Employment Law requirements


Responsible for negotiation of collective agreement with union


Prepare the HR department’s annual budget / cost centre


Responsible for payroll administration, statutory and human resource reporting


Implement and audit Corporate Identity plan


Manage the Performance agreements & appraisals


Facilitate the organization’s team communication


Enforcement of local employment law and safety requirements


Constantly review current HR processes and recommend appropriate strategies to improve the workflow and implement new HR policies to ensure that the local environment is able to attract and retain the best


Ensure all employees adhere to the Health & Safety environment policy


Responsible for development and implementation of Change Management and transition plans


Responsible for Integration processes to create a win-win situation for management and employees


Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR

Requirements:


Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent


At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
